DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first Beder Walk through Richmond Park which brings like-minded people together for a family and dog friendly walk through nature in support of Beder. \nWe will meet at 9.45am at Kingston Gate of Richmond Park for the Beder Walk to start at 10am. \nThe walk will be 5km\, approximately\, which is the same distance as a park run but we will be walking and chatting in groups instead. \nYou set your own pace\, but we predict even the slowest ambler will take no more than 60-90 minutes. \nIt is completely free and open to all ages as it’s a chance to make time for self care\, put down our mobiles away and meet up for our fun-filled walk in one of London’s oldest and most spectacular parks. \nWe will then finish the walk at The Albert Pub for complimentary refreshments for all! \nThis event is in partnership with The Brothers Trust and in support of Beder.
