Founded by Razzak Mirjan, Beder FC has been supported by former Fulham stars and featured by Sky Sports and the BBC for its work around football, wellbeing and suicide prevention.

On February 1st, when the Royals take on Bolton Wanderers at the Select Car Leasing Stadium – the Beder logo will adorn our players’ shirts as part of a one-off initiative, designed to get more people talking and focus on the importance of checking in on those around you. The initiative comes just before Time To Talk Day on the 6th February, a chance for all of us to be more open about our mental health and talk about how we really feel.

OWFC won a tense penalty shootout to claim the Cup 🏆 and Beder FC beat @curveballdigital in the Plate final with the teams playing under a rainbow over the stadium after a mixture of heavy rain and some sun throughout the evening!

The Beder Cup was a great success bringing 16 teams and more than 150 people together at AFC Wimbledon’s stadium, Plough Lane, whilst raising over £1,000 for Beder. 💙
It saw the teams split into 4 groups of 4 teams with each playing 17 minute matches, as part of the group stages, followed by the quarter finals, semi finals and a competitive final between @ifc_fives vs. @junctionelitefc which @junctionelitefc won 2-1. 🏆
