How to enter

To obtain entry into the prize draw, participants must complete the entry requirements outlined:

1. Take a photo of Beder’s #MentalHealthMatters advertisement campaign being displayed live on the LED advertising boards during Fulham vs. Blackburn at Craven Cottage on Saturday 5 March 2022.

2. Upload and share a photo of Beder’s #MentalHealthMatters advertisement campaign on Instagram

4. Follow @Beder_UK on Instagram

Prize

There will be one winner who will be chosen at random.

The winner will receive:

• 2 x General Admission tickets to Fulham vs. Lutton Town on 30th April 2022.
• 1 x Signed Fulham home shirt by the Fulham FC squad

Prize is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, which are not listed as part of the prize package detailed above.

Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Beder Mirjan Limited with its registered address at 2 Amity Grove, Flat 2, London, SW20 0LJ.

Promotional Period

Participants can enter this Prize Draw during the period from 12:00 on Saturday 05/03/2022 up to 12:00 on Monday 07/03/2022. Dates are subject to change with no advanced notice.

Participants must submit their entries via Instagram only.

Acceptance

By participating in the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these conditions. All instructions issued by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion form part of these conditions.

Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information or entry criteria, shall be deemed invalid entries.

Entries received after the closing date/time will not be included.

All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all UK residents except anyone immediately connected to the provision of the prize draw in a professional capacity.

You must upload and share a photo of Beder’s #MentalHealthMatters advertisement campaign on Instagram from a public profile in order for your entry to be deemed valid.

You are eligible to receive the prize in the prize draw if you are 16 or over and a UK resident.

General

No purchase of any sort is necessary to enter the prize draw and there is no charge to enter.

Any purchase will not increase participants’ chances of winning.

The prize stated in the ‘terms and conditions’ are non-transferrable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The winner will be randomly selected by Beder Mirjan Limited from all valid entries made during the Promotional Period within 2 days after the end of the Promotional Period, and the winners will be informed via Instagram.

The Promoter shall make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner through Instagram, but if a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of the end of the prize draw, an alternative winner shall be selected.

The winning claim is subject to a verification process, and a prize may not be claimed without valid confirmation by the Promoter that you are the winner of that prize. The decision of the Promoter as to who has won a prize is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.

Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and any agencies (“the Relevant Parties”), exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any person arising out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or the prizes including without limitation:

(1) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; or

(2) any loss arising from any negligent act or omission of any Relevant Parties; and

(3) any liability for personal injury or death.

The Promoter will not accept liability for any entries lost or damaged, nor for any associated costs to claimants.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Fulham FC, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

If for any reason any aspect of the prize draw does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the prize draw, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the prize draw and/or invalidate affected entries.

This prize draw is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection

By participating in this prize draw, you are acknowledging and consenting to Beder Mirjan Limited and Beder handling personal information about you. By entering the prize draw, you are consenting to us using this information to contact you and promote your involvement in the prize draw. We may also use your personal information to keep you updated with news about our products and services using the contact details you provide us with. You have a right to ask for a copy of the information held about you in our records.

Winners will be notified within 2 days of the end of the prize draw. Delivery of prize to be arranged within 45 days of the end of the prize draw.
