Steph is a breathwork coach and yoga teacher based in London. She is passionate about teaching people how to use their breath to heal emotional issues, improve physical health and connect with their bodies’ innate wisdom. Five years ago, she started her exploration of the breath as a way to reprogram her mind, reconnect with her body, and learn how to feel comfortable in her own skin. She is now sharing her experience and supporting individuals in rediscovering their authentic selves and in embracing and loving themselves completely as they are.

Join us for a panel talk with Alex Iwobi at The Beder World Cup Experience which will be hosted by Mayowa Quadri alongside Marvin Sordell.

It will be a chance to hear from Alex Iwobi - one of Everton’s leading players this season - about his career, thoughts on the World Cup and how he handles the pressures of being a professional footballer at the highest level whilst looking after his mental health.

The Beder World Cup Experience is a first of its kind exhibition and experience, harnessing the power of the World Cup, to raise awareness around mental health and suicide prevention in support of Beder and Beder FC.

Beder is a charity taking a unique approach to softly raising awareness around these important societal issues bringing people together who share similar interests through a range of events and initiatives in order to reduce the number of people suffering in silence and feeling that taking their own life is the only option.

Beder was founded in November 2019 by Razzak Mirjan and his family following the loss of Beder Mirjan who sadly took his own life at the age of 18 in April 2017.

Join us for a panel talk at The Beder World Cup Experience which will be hosted by David Garrido as we open up the conversation about sustainability in the football industry with some of football’s top figures who are leading the way to a more eco-friendly future for the sport.  

Our expert panel will include:

- David Garrido, a leading sports broadcaster with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He is a regular face on Sky Sports News, with a particular interest in sustainability. 

- Jake Hardy, Founder of Sokito  which is a business producing hand-craft eco-friendly football boots that change the game.

- FootballForFuture and more speaker due to be confirmed.
