My Possible Self
Clinically certified, the app features a wide array of tools to promote happiness, wellbeing and prevent day-to-day problems from holding users back. This includes an everyday ‘mood tracker’, learning modules, for a better understanding of what aspects of life are causing anxiety, alongside methods for how to reshape negative thoughts towards more positive ones.
MindShift CBT
The MindShift CBT app was created to provide anxiety relief using CBT tools to adjust thinking and behaviours. The app claims to help tackle worry, panic, perfectionism, social anxiety, and phobias.
Breeze
Breeze gives you more awareness about your emotions and things that cause them. Based on CBT techniques, the app helps you learn new habits through tracking thoughts that can reduce negative beliefs and increase positive patterns of thinking.
Headspace
Headspace’s meditation resources can be thought of as your mind’s best friend, making good days your new normal.
